Acceptable stay, but some issues noted

cigarette smoke nightclub music
The room reeked of cigarette smoke. It was quite unpleasant. The noise from nearby establishments was also bothersome. Music from a nightclub persisted late into the night, hindering sleep. I expected better soundproofing. I found the overall experience to be less than satisfactory due to these disturbances.

excessive noise unavailable room
the room service was punctual and delivered meals as ordered.
the noise from the nearby nightclubs was excessive. it continued late into the night. i requested a room change, but staff informed me that there were no other rooms available at that time (this was quite frustrating).

comfortable and convenient stay

good experience ramadan decoration well-spiced food good service
i had iftar at aroma restaurant and it was a very good experience. i noticed the restaurant was decorated beautifully for ramadan. the food was well-spiced and satisfying (i really enjoyed the dessert selection). i especially want to mention the good service i received from juanito and melanie.
the music from downstairs was quite loud and went on until 3am. i did find that a bit disruptive.

i found staff members like vanessa, vijay, and samuel provided amazing and really good service. mr vijay at reception was very friendly and helpful, and he assisted with check-in quickly. the hotel staff exhibited high levels of hospitality.

the room was very clean when i arrived. i was happy that they promptly resolved the few minor maintenance issues i reported. my room included a comfortable bed and fresh linens for my stay.
